What is the FP Foresight Global Real Infrastructure Fund?

The FP Foresight Global Real Infrastructure Fund invests in global market 'real infrastructure' companies that own or operate critical infrastructure assets which provide a net social or environmental benefit.

Why does it matter?

The manager takes an active approach to investing in infrastructure companies with high quality, predictable and often inflation linked cash flows from strong counterparties. The Fund seeks to achieve a total return in excess of UK CPI +3% over any five-year period.

The FP Foresight Global Real Infrastructure Fund has achieved the silver 3D rating within Square Mile's 3D Focus fund classification. According to the 3D assessment framework, the Fund has achieved significant exposure to impactful and/or sustainable revenue activities, has been effective in minimising investment in controversial or harmful activities and has shown a willingness to undertake advocacy initiatives in promotion of responsible investment in the industry.
