ForVEI II completes a €27 million refinancing of a 52 MW photovoltaic plant portfolio

Rome, 29 January 2026 – ForVEI II, a photovoltaic platform with a total capacity of approximately 52 MW managed by Foresight Group, has finalized financing of approximately €27 million for the revamping of approximately 50% of its overall portfolio.

The transaction, structured on a non-recourse basis, was underwritten by Intesa Sanpaolo and Banco BPM with the primary objective of increasing the overall value of the assets.

ForVEI II is the second investment vehicle dedicated to photovoltaics launched in 2018 by Foresight Group, a leading investment manager specializing in real assets and growth capital, with a consolidated presence in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
