Biography
Kavita has been the Deputy Chair of the Board for Foresight Enterprise VCT since September 2023. She is a partner and Head of Investment Funds at law firm, Shakespeare Martineau. Kavita has a wealth of experience advising clients in the financial services arena both in the retail and institutional space on corporate, regulatory and governance matters, and is considered a VCT specialist.
Kavita is also a non-executive director of Nottingham Building Society where she sits on the Board Risk Committee, Board Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, as well as being the Board Consumer Duty Champion. Kavita is also a member of the AIC VCT Forum and the EIS Association Regulatory Committee.
