Biography
Suzie Ruffley joined Foresight Group in 2017 as Head of People. She was brought on board to establish the HR function at Foresight and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the People Strategy across the group. Prior to this role, she served as Head of HR Operations at Kew Gardens and held various HR positions at State Street.
Suzie is an Occupational Psychologist with over 19 years of experience in human capital. She holds a BSc in Applied Psychology and two Master's degrees, one in Occupational Psychology and another in Coaching Psychology.
