Biography
Raffaele joined Foresight Group in 2023 as an Investment Director focused on investments and business development initiatives across Southern Europe. As of today Raffaele holds a Managing Director position based in the Rome office.
Raffaele brings more than 18 years of international experience in Strategy, Business Development & M&A, debt financing and exit transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure market.
In particular, Raffaele has been exposed and managed the entire investment process from origination to deal execution and exit strategies of greenfield and brownfield assets, structuring strategic partnerships and JVs, for a total value of approx. 1Bn€.
Before joining Foresight Group, Raffaele held senior investment positions in London and Rome in leading Asset Managers and listed Utilities such as Nuveen Infrastructure, Acea Group, EF Solare Italia (F2i SGR).
Raffaele holds a MSc in Economics, a MSc in Political Sciences, the International MBA at IE Business School with a concentration in finance & asset management at SDA Bocconi, as well as the Corporate Finance Certificate from London Business School.
